Every account purchased on AccGamer.com is covered by a limited warranty minus fees and insurance (if purchased). This warranty protects you from an account being recovered by the original owner. In the event of your account becoming unplayable due to it being recovered by the original owner, we will offer a similar replacement account, a full refund or store credit on AccGamer.com which can be used towards any product on our website. Our warranty only covers recalls by the original owner, if an account is stated as not being from the original owner our refund policy/warranty does not apply. Bans on accounts are not covered, once an account is sold to you and the information delivered any bans become the buyer’s liability. This warranty does not transfer to any other parties and any attempt to sell or trade your account will void your warranty. All purchases are final on AccGamer.com and no refunds will be issued for any account purchases due to risk of account recoveries. If the email linked to the account is not one of ours or you choose to add an email to the account that is not the one it was originally linked to, all default warranties are hereby void. It is the buyers responsibility at time of purchase to be aware that by requesting an email change from us that you hereby void your default warranty protections.
RESALE ACCOUNTS WARRANTY TERMS:
If you have an account recovery by the original owner occurs within 1 month (30 days) of your purchase you will receive 100% store credit, or a refund of the initial payment or a similar replacement account if stock is available.
If you have an account recovery by the original owner that occurs after 1 month (30 days) you will receive a 0% store credit unless you purchased insurance at the time of purchasing the account.
All In-house accounts are covered under warranty for 1 year, which will only cover you in case there are any recoveries to the account. Lifetime warranty may be purchased at the same time, or after initial purchase. If interested in this additional insurance, please inquire with your account manager.
